You can change date or time of travel within the validity period. Travel must begin in Uruguay. No refund. Validity 90 days from the date of purchase. It is not transferable from owner. Only passengers with paper sold to Uruguay. You can not sell open. Before the due date may extend the term of validity by paying the difference to the rate "FULL"
